Forget the traditional chocolates and roses, the recipe for romance lies in chef de cuisine Trent Robson’s three-course menu complimented by a 375 ml bottle of Roederer Brut Premier.

 

Couples can savour their romantic rendezvous with post-dinner drinks at Belle Epoque’s exquisitely ornate carved zinc bar boasting an infinitely varied selection of cocktails and spirits.
